Polyethylene (PE) is the simplest of the synthetic polymers and the most common of the plastics. It is a thermoplastic resin, made from recycled polymer (50% post-consumer waste and 50% post-industrial waste). Labels are designed to be applied to curved surfaces due to their flexibility. They are designed to resist chemicals, abrasion, UV rays, water, extreme temperatures and tearing.
